My girlfriend and I purchased a Joque Harness and were very happy- not just with the product- but with the service Number96 provided too. A mere few hours after placing the order Danica emailed us to inform us that the black we requested was not currently in stock and that it would be a small wait and gave me the option of changing the colour (which we did in a simple reply to her email). No messing around with resubmitting the order or anything like that. Just a really friendly person on the other end of the exchange who seemed genuinely interested in our customer satisfaction. Great customer service when purchasing goods online is hard to come by and it is refreshing when somebody really takes the time to deal with you on such a personal level the way she did. She seemed really cool and professional too so I would not hesitate at all to purchase from Number96 again. In fact I'd go so far as to say that they would be my store of choice because they carry a wide range of high-end products not ordinarily available to Australian customers. As for the harness- it was a great fit- very comfortable (so I hear)- and very sexy on my girlfriend and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It's FAR superior to anything else on the market and from the searching I did- this is the only Australian distributor too. They may not be one of the big players in online adult shopping but their stock listings and customer service is the best around and I'd trust them over anybody else in the industry.
