Terms and Conditions ....cont

• Number 96 will not accept a return of your product because you have changed your mind or it is an unwanted gift. We will exchange items that arrive damaged or the wrong product (not matching your order invoice) was incorrectly delivered.

• If we agree to accept the returned product we will issue you with a returns merchandise authority number. You must include this number when returning the product so that our warehouse staff will accept delivery.

• Items should be returned in their original packaging and complete with documentation to allow us to deal with your return. Once we have verified the fault, we reserve the right to issue a repair, replacement or refund. We fully examine returned items and liaise with the manufacturer, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you. In this instance you will be liable for the return postage charge.

• When returning an item please ensure it is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit and that the items are insured against loss. Number 96 will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged. If an item is lost you will need to seek compensation or lodge a claim directly from the shipping or postal company concerned. If required we will provide a copy of your invoice to help support your compensation claim.

• Items that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be placed on backorder, unless otherwise instructed, or deleted from your order if it is a discontinued item. Items on back-order will be sent as soon as they become available. Items on back-order will not incur a postage fee.

• For hygiene reasons, due to the very nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We cannot/will not exchange, refund or give credit for items that have been used or opened.

• Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

• All prices are in Australian Dollars and include G.S.T. (Goods & Services Tax).

• You have read and understood our Terms & Conditions.
